I can't say enough about what a great experience we had working with Adam. He is incredibly knowledgeable and savvy, not to mention a joy to work with. He was always available to us and very quick to respond. We never felt like we were asking too many questions and he was able to clearly answer them all, give us guidance and was never pushy. When it came time for negotiations, he was on top of everything and was excellent at navigating what move to make next. While he of course included us in every move, we felt very taken care of and well advised. He had our best interest in mind and we left every conversation with him feeling confident and clear. Adam is that extraordinary combination of intellect and heart. He brings both to his work at all times. We worked with Adam for a few years while planning for our "next act". Adam worked with us on the sale of our Wynnewood home. At our first meeting, Adam came prepared with pertinent information about our location and more specifically about how our home would fall within the greater market. He gave us options on how we could price our home and how different pricing scenarios might play out. After laying out the different plans, he gave his opinion on what he thought would be the best approach. We are so glad that we trusted his opinion and experience of the area and market. We received multiple offers above asking price within the first week. Adam then met with us to discuss in detail the pros and cons of each offer, again giving us options but also providing his thoughts and experience.
